Origins of Global Verge:

In August 2007 Bizbuzz became known as E-Verge International and the company became known as Global Verge on June 18 2008. Global Verge is now headquartered in Lees Summit, Missouri and in a nut-shell: Global Verge now offers products, services and income advantages that will make a tremendous difference in the lives of many people all over the world.

The original founders of Global Verge were Mark Petchel, Ted Robbins, Mark Ryder and Kevin Herald and their Board of Directors included some of the most skilled and successful business leaders ever assembled.

When Ted Robbins and Mark Petschel first became friends several years ago, they questioned why no-one had ever created a business with a variety of great products and services, that people actually needed in their daily living and could be obtained at competitive prices: Which would allow people to firstly save money and then secondly have the ability to earn an income to sustain them and their families through any economic ‘downturn.’

Without the absolute driving passion of both Ted and Mark to make this vision a reality, I highly doubt that Global Verge would have survived all the ‘challenges’ that have so unexpected arisen along the way. But these ‘challenges’ have only served to force these remarkable men to find new solutions, new partners, new management as well as new and better products: So that: A FAR GREATER Global Verge has now emerged.

The Global Verge Compensation Plan

Global Verge will never be limited to Networkers, and so the Compensation Plan was specifically designed so that as many people as possible could be eligible to earn an income. At the same time the Global Verge Pay Plan has also been designed to appeal to Leaders in BOTH the MLM and Retail Business Industry.

Mark Petchel and his Global Verge Administration Team have also been on a quest for a system that would allow multiple product integration into a SINGLE matrix with TRUE commission compression. This has never been successfully done before: Even though other programs have claimed to have ‘compression’ there would always be gaps left in the matrix. Global Verge with the assistance of Xennsoft successfully programmed TRUE vertical and horizontal Compression so that a PERFECT matrix (without breakage) has finally been achieved.

This means that for commission purposes, for any month all inactive positions are compressed out of the Global Verge matrix and if your downline group begins growing past the 9th level of your matrix, they will be compressed up to the highest level open positions.

The Global Verge Business Model

The Global Verge Business Model is extremely powerful because unlike most other MLM programs who base their entire company and compensation plan on a single manufacturer/product or service, Global Verge negotiates contracts with leading and well known companies to bring to their membership the most advanced, ecologically sound and cutting-edge products and services (that most people actually need in their daily living) at the lowest possible prices.

All products are examined, evaluated and approved through the Global Verge Board and many will be either exclusive to Global Verge or so ‘cutting-edge’ that no-one will have even seen them before.

Products and Services

Products range from ecological products like Water from Air Machines and Power Savers to the cutting-edge technology of the Global Verge Communication Systems: Fathom WorldWide along with Global Verge VoIP and Global Mobile 1 Cellular Technology. Some products are patented and will be exclusively branded to Global Verge.

Services including an ID Theft Recovery Plan, Travel, Discount Shopping Savings Programs, NextDayPC and Restaurant.com.

As more and more products are included in the Global Verge suite, membership in Global Verge will increase in REAL value. The Back Office is structured so that approved additional products and services can be fully integrated in 24 – 48 hours.

NOTE: Members will be able to centre their entire business around any one (or a combination) of these products/services and then have the ability to present their business to individuals and/or huge organizations eg non-profit and church organizations.

Compensation Plan:

There are 5 ways to earn income within the company and you will not find a Compensation Plan that pays as much back to the membership as the Global Verge Plan does: 80+% of the membership fees are paid back to the membership .. With NO breakages .. So that 100% of matrix commissions allocated to be paid out IS paid out. This is EXTREMELY rare in the MLM Industry.

A new associate can begin for as little as $14.95 per month on the Introductory Plan, $39.95 for he Basic Plan or $99.95 per month for the Professional Plan. There’s a one-time setup fee for each level.

Initially a Compensation Plan was implemented that required no sponsoring for matrix commissions. However in compliance with international MLM regulations, in order to receive commission a member must make a ‘sale’ and consequently a member needs to personally sponsor at least one person to be eligible to receive commissions in the MLM component of Global Verge.

However: No Sponsoring is required to benefit from the retail component of the Global Verge Compensation Plan.

TRUE Company Revenue Sharing

Many of the products & services have additional streams of income attached to them, and so EXTRA financial revenue goes back to the Global Verge Company, most of which will then return to the membership through the 3 X 9 Freedom/Flexible Pay Plan. Therefore the current amount paid per downline member can, in all likelihood INCREASE as the membership buying capacity increases.

NOTE: Mark and Ted could easily take these commissions for themselves, but chose to give them back to the membership. An incredibly generous example of TRUE Company Revenue Sharing in practice.

The Global Verge 3 x 9 Pay Plan will also enable Up-Line Retail Commissions on hundreds (and in time thousands) of different Global Verge products and services, that downline members purchase.

On top of earnings from the 3 x 9 Freedom Pay Plan Matrix, ALL qualified members have the ability to match up to 50 percent of ALL the commissions earned on everyone they personally sponsor, and qualified leaders also share in the Global Verge Leader Bonus Pools.

Unique Business Model

The Global Verge Business Model is solid and the company is expected to attract many new companies and members alike. As the company aligns with more and more partner companies in the private sector, the additional products and services will give increasing REAL value for the existing Global Verge members, which in turn will result in more people joining Global Verge, essentially for the products and services alone. And as the membership base increases, more and more REAL companies will wish to tap into the ‘Global Verge Presence’ in order to promote their products and services to the entire Global Verge membership.

Longevity

Global Verge has already gone far beyond what any other ‘online program’ has ever attempted to do. The company has Legal Partners as part of their Management Team and ALL legal compliances have and will continue to be addressed for ALL COUNTRIES. This in itself has been a HUGE undertaking.

The most advanced Internet Marketing tools suitable for both the novice and highly skilled professional, including the ability to produce and send video email, are now provided to Global Verge members by Fathom WorldWide. Global Verge Solutions

My group: ‘Global Verge Solutions’ is part of Sheldon Worthington’s group: ‘The Biz Power Team‘ We don’t promote Global Verge by saying ‘Millions will be coming into Global Verge in the next few months.’ However with the release of Global Verge VoIP and Global Mobile 1 in the US now and being on the cusp of going GLOBAL, many people are now becoming very impressed with Global Verge.

The designers of the Freedom/Flexible Pay Plan decided that in order to have the fairest Compensation Plan for YEARS TO COME that the 3 x 9 Matrix would NOT be totally Company forced. (A totally Company forced matrix allows the top/very early members to benefit the most from any Company ‘flow-over.’) Because of this strategy, no matter when a new member starts in Global Verge he/she will have virtually the same opportunity to build a very successful business.

HOWEVER Mark Petchel retains his personal position at the top of the 3 x 9 Matrix.
