Message from Ted Robbins about recent Administrative changes to the Global Verge Autoship Process. 

There are occasions when an autoship fails to process.  This can happen for a variety of reasons.  Often it is because of a problem with the individual credit card.  We have been working through all of the back data from June, July and August and have been able to clear out many of the issues.  However, there will always be situations when an autoship failure will occur. 

As many of you also know, we have now instigated an automatic email that alerts e-Associates to the fact that their autoship could not be processed.  This email gives warning that their account has failed to be charged for the current month and instructs them on how to correct that failure so that they can place a manual order and not miss out on their pay for that month.  If someone’s autoship cancels, then they are also removed from the autoship process and they have to reset their autoship system with the corrected information.  Resetting autoship assures they will be included from that point forward.  This new automatic generated email also provides these instructions.

However, a problem still occurs for an e-Associate that has an autoship that is scheduled towards the end of the month, e.g. 27th to the 30th or 31st.  In these cases there is very little time for that person to respond to the process and get the manual order placed and entered in time.  If people are on vacation or out of the country, this situation can cause them to miss out on the opportunity to resolve the problem in time for the current month. Because of this, we have previously granted extensions.  But this then causes e-Associates to contact Global Verge Support to try and squeeze their order back into the previous month. 

TO RESOLVE THIS: effective immediately, if someone signs up as an e-Associate between the 27th and the 31st of a given month, they will be charged immediately for that particular month just as they always have been.  However their autoship date will be pushed to the 26th of the month for ALL FUTURE autoship charges.   This will allow all distributors to make sure that they get an order in for the month, giving them generally 4-5 days after their last possible autoship date to clear up any issues.  Of course, February will be a bit shorter and we will address that month when we get there.    

Last month was extremely hectic as we tried to process everything and include everyone.   We have been discussing how to resolve the ongoing issue and concluded that we needed to make a programming change which then had to be implemented immediately in order to take affect this month.  Therefore, as a result of this change, all October autoship orders have been processed early and were run this past Monday.  Unfortunately, those of you who have ‘end of month’ autoships were affected without warning.  I also hope you now understand why we made this decision. 

The net result of this is that we will no longer have grace periods at the end of the month.  This Saturday, October 31st is the deadline for all orders to be placed.  Again, please make sure everyone on your team knows this.

The following message ‘Status of Mobile Product Roll Out’ was posted by Ted Robbins under ‘Letters from the President’ in the new Global Verge Back Office. It was also sent as an email to all Global Verge members.

As you know, we were on schedule to unveil the mobile products for sale on the week of October 19 2009.

We have been working on the development of the Website Portals which are now ready for delivery.

However we are currently still waiting for legal approval to launch our new trade name and the branding for the mobile product. It is imperative that all trademarks and registrations for the new name are approved and unfortunately the approval process has taken far longer than we expected.

We know that it will be approved within the next couple of days and once we have the approvals in hand we can then release the portals and have them up and running this week.

To give you some information, here is a snapshot of pricing that will be announced. Of course more detail will be on the website once released.

We will have a CDMA option which is a Verizon type backbone, on the nation’s largest network.

One CDMA plan with talk, text and 50mg of data will be priced at $49.95 and will have a very lucrative commission.

We will also have a GSM (SIM Card system) option. This is the nation’s best GSM coverage.

Various plans on this network will be as follows:

$49.99 for unlimited talk and text
$69.99 for unlimited talk and text and 500 mgs of data
$79.99 for unlimited talk and text and 1 gig of data
$89.99 for unlimited talk and text and 5 gigs of data

And COMING SOON – Unlimited Data

Please believe me when I say that we are as anxious as you to get this launched. We feel your frustration because we are also living it on our side. I apologize for the delay in communicating this information to you. We are running so fast behind the scenes that sometimes our weakness lies in not stopping to share with you what is going on. On this call, Mark Petschel spoke with Max from the Buzzirk Mobile Division about the new Global Verge Mobile products.

Global Verge IS on schedule for the release of their Mobile Phone Products.  Ted Robbins, President of Global Verge sent this much welcomed message to Global Verge members today * Oct 19 2009

This is a very exciting week for Global Verge Corporate and all our members as the roll out of our mobile phone products begins.

This week you will hear announcements about the Global Verge Family Plans, Pre Paid Plans and some of our Post Paid Plans. You will also see Web Portals for ordering products.

We will offer something for all users: Family Plans, Pre Paid Free Phone Programs, Small User Plans, Unlimited Talk and Text Plans, High Data Cap Plans and even a No Data Cap Plan.

We are completing the direct access to several wholesale handset and cellular accessory suppliers to give paid Global Verge members true dealer cost on millions of cellular phones and accessories that can be drop shipped directly.

We cannot possibly launch all of these products and services at once. Therefore, we will roll out different websites and services throughout the next 4 weeks.

This week we will have a complete Cellular Website set up. This site will offer Family Plans, Post Paid and Free Phone Plans, etc.  This virtually offers something for everyone. We will then add our Pre Paid services and plans that go from 200 minutes to unlimited plans.

We will have these products and services for both CDMA (Verizon, Sprint) and GSM (ATT, T-Mobile) networks. This will allow any user the ability to use their existing phone. For example, the iPhone can be used.

THEN, we will integrate these plans with our new Global Verge Global Talk Smart (GTS) plans and offer a Cellular/VoIP plan that will allow you and/or your customer to call the world for one price.

We have not forgotten about our Canadian, Australian and South African Global Verge e-Associates and customers either. Canada and Australia VoIP will be launched this week. South Africa is almost complete. The mobile plans for Canada and Australia will follow VERY shortly, with South Africa soon after.

It’s imperative that you respect product specific support numbers because the personnel for these lines only have answers to questions on our VoIP program.

Every day we are hiring more staff to fulfill the needs of e-Associate support. And as we continue, we will have specific support numbers for other Global Verge products. However we will not be able to tolerate the influx of calls for non-related issues.

Global Talk Smart * Instructions for e-Associates.

We are pleased to inform you that Global Talk Smart is now live.

You can send your Preferred Customers to your replicated Global Verge Website and from there they will be able to click on Global Talk Smart to order products and services that will be credited to your account.

To place an order for your own personal use, fill out the required information on all the pages. On the billing information page it asks for an Affiliate Code. In this box type your six digit Global Verge ID# followed by -GTS

For Example: If my six digit Global Verge number was 123456 then I would type in the box: Affiliate Code: 123456-GTS * Your e-Associate discount will then be applied to your final billing receipt.

We will be continually making changes to add greater clarity and marketability. On or before Friday you will see a new button in your Global Verge replicated site back office. There will specific information there on Global Talk Smart that applies to e-Associates.

Go to ‘My Business’ > ‘Center Membership’ > ‘My Account’ * This will take you to ‘My Account Settings.’

In ‘My Account Settings’ you will see buttons for ‘Personal Info’, ‘Contact Info’, ‘User Name’, ‘Preferences’ and ‘Payment Methods.’

Go to ‘Preferences’ and make sure that ‘I wish to receive company emails’ is checked.

Make sure that ‘Autoship Cancellation’ ‘Autoshipment Failure’ ‘New Distributor Enrollment’ and ‘Shipment Notification’ are also checked. (They are by default)  

From ‘My Account Settings’ you can also change any of your other details ie Username & Password, email & postal address and banking information.

If you have not yet listened to our latest call I suggest you do so right away. You will be very excited to hear that our Global Talk Smart discounted phone service (VOIP) is now available. The team is working feverishly to post all of the packages, pricing and commission structure on the website by Saturday, October 10. This means that US members of GlobalVerge will be able to order the Global Talk Smart VoIP service and start earning commissions on these products.

With the release of Global Talk Smart we can now move on to the mobile products that so many of you have been anxiously awaiting. On our upcoming Tuesday call we will start releasing further information on the features of these mobile services. We are still on schedule for our roll out on the week of October 19.

Stay plugged into the information as it comes through. Get in contact with all of the members of your team that have been waiting for these announcements and let them know that it is very important that they get plugged in. If they have chosen to be put on hold, now is the time to reactivate in order to take advantage of all that is to come.

As all the details of the GlobalVerge VoIP, Wi-Fi and Cellular Communication Products continue to be released this month, GlobalVerge members with an active position in the current Genealogy will be so pleased that they stayed ‘true.’ Whilst people who were understandably disappointed by the delay in these products being brought to market, will hopefully see the advantage of activating their position again.

These are the instructions for people who already have a position in the GlobalVerge Genealogy but need to activate their position by going onto Autoship.

If you don’t recall your former Username you may need to enlist the help of your Global Verge Sponsor or Upline to give you your ID number. NOTE: The GlobalVerge Username can change but the ID number is always the same.

Go to the original GlobalVerge Back Office Login Page at: https://www.mygvoffice.com/Login.aspx

Login with your ID and original Password. NOTE: The dropdown menu gives you the choice of UN and ID * So make sure it is on ID if you are using your ID.

1. In the ‘Quick Links’ Menu on the right hand side you will see ‘Manage Autoship’

2. This page explains why you are requested to enroll in the Autoship Program * Although you will observe that you have TOTAL FREEDOM to cancel or change your Autoship at any time. Click on the bottom button ‘Enroll Now’

3. Choose your Autoship Package * Introductory, Basic or Professional by entering the number ‘1’ in the box next to the Package you wish to receive each month. Make sure you click the ‘Save’ button at the bottom to commit your changes.

4. When you click on ‘Next’ you will be taken to the page where you will fill out your ‘Autoship Shipping Address’ details. To make this easier/faster check the box ‘Same as my mailing address’ and adjust if necessary. Click on ‘Next’

5. You will then be required to enter your Billing information. Once again you can check the box ‘Same as my mailing address’ and adjust if necessary. Click on ‘Next’

6. The next page will give you all the details of your ‘Current Autoship Settings’ with your address, payment and package details as well as the date of your next Autoship.

NOTE: There is also a button where you can change your order and a link where you can cancel the order. When anyone sets up their Autoship in this way, they will not be billed immediately because the Autoship only runs once a day. Credit Card will be billed shortly afterwards, possibly the following day.

Change your GlobalVerge Username at: My Business Center > Membership > My Account.

In ‘My Account Settings’ you can change your Username (and password if you wish) Chose a Username that will be an attractive business name * I like ‘Solutions’ as it is so versatile.

Then go to your new GlobalVerge Website which will be http://YourUsername.globalverge.com (Insert your Username into the URL ie mine is http://solutions.globalverge.com)

Go to Login (Top right hand button) And click on ‘Forgot Password’ NOTE: The password will go to whatever email address you had registered when you were a member of E-Verge/GlobalVerge. If this presents a problem to you, send a ticket to GlobalVerge Support at http://globalvergesupport.com requesting a new password.

Once you have this password you can login to your new AFFILIATE GlobalVerge Website and explore the NEW Back Office which is really a treat to the eye * Beautifully designed.
