When I first started my blogs, I registered at the Dream Team Money Forum in their section for bloggers, as a way of obtaining their advice.

One of the first suggestions was to include more images. Another suggestion was that “grey was boring” and finally that my blog looked “normal” and that I should change the layout. Being an artist, I naturally gravitated to the idea of including more images. However I didn’t quite agree that my Classic “boring” themes needed changing. You can see the thread with all my justifications HERE

And as you can imagine, I was particularly pleased to see that Kevin Sipe had chosen one of the “Best Minimalist WordPress Themes” called “veryplaintxt” by Scott Allan Ballick for his Hombased Reporter blog.

Keep in mind that “A minimalist design is not the same as a simple one” and quoting Dave Eggers:

“What very few designers realize, particularly the younger ones, is that most people would rather read something .. actually read the words .. than look at all of their lines and arrows and silly pictures they’ve screened back.

When the words finally reach the reader, the designer has, as often as not, rendered them almost unreadable, and so a reader moves on. But we’ve always felt that the words don’t need a whole lot of help .. that a piece about searching for tigers in Ireland is not necessarily needing of a picture of tigers or of Ireland, much less blinking or screened-back ones. The words are enough, if the words are good.”

The Classic Theme that has been used for Riseall and Makegains can be downloaded as soon as you signup to request a blog.

I used the theme Misty look by Sadish Bala for the layout of my E-Verge International Solutions blog and changed the image.

You can see Sadish’s entire range of themes HERE and download any of them. The images are stunning, so that any of these themes could be used without changing the images. Your blog image will not unique to you but as there are so many designs to chose from, this may never be a problem.

I truly hope that some of the people in our E-Verge Group will be inspired to just “have a go” at creating their own blog now. And if you do, please let me know as I’d love to see your work.

Mark announced the merger of Buzzirk Mobile and E-Verge International with Telava Network TLVA.OB .. A Public Company. This now makes Buzzirk Mobile and E-Verge International a public subsidiary.

This merger has given Buzzirk carrier status and will allow E-Verge International to develop and market their own Mobile products and services as well as creating their own rate plans and dealer opportunities. This is very BIG news. Telava is publicly trading under TLVA.OB. So if you want to be part of a Public company, now you can.

New manufacturing company:

E-Verge International now has their own manufacturing company that can make mobile handsets as well as other electronics. E-Verge brought 6 mobile handsets models that they are now going to offer. E-Verge also has a Mobile TV/Phone that was the talk of the show. An order is in process to deliver these handsets within the next 30 days.

New Media Company Partnership:

Mark also announced their partnership with a major Media Company that will allow E-Verge to have over 300 HD radio stations on their mobile handsets. “This will be our own, like XM so that very soon we will have over 300 HD TV stations to our handsets. We are the first Mobile company to have this. This is HUGE .. More channels than XM radio with much less costs.” Mark Petschel.

Mobie Wireless:

Mark also announced that Buzzirk Mobile has acquired a nationwide cellular dealer Mobie Wireless. Mobie Wireless will be the Network Marketing division or dealer for Buzzirk Mobile.

NOTE: This allows every E-Verge member to become their own Buzzirk Mobile, Mobie Wireless dealer and store.

You can have an inventory of handsets, activate phones, set their rate plans and sell accessories right from your computer. When a customer purchases a handset, they will get their own customer portal, where they can upgrade their handsets, change plans, buy accessories 24/7 and you will get the sale without them having to find or contact you. And this is for the life of that customer. The activation of phones was demonstrated at the meeting.

Right now E-Verge has Verizon, ATT, Sprint and T-Mobile plans. They are adding the new unlimited plans and are working on installing the new Buzzirk Mobile unlimited plans and handsets. New Marketing Tools Website Coming Soon:

Ted Robbins has just announced at The Homebased Reporter that E-Verge will be launching their new portal Website for Marketing Tools. Members will be able to purchase and customize their E-Verge International business cards, letterheads and many other business materials.

This website will continue to develop with many types of new marketing materials for the entire range of E-Verge products and services. It will allow for global shipping and be translated into Spanish as well.

The link for this Website will be in your back office Marketing Toolbox this weekend.

P2P mobile wallet system:

Last but not least Mark announced the new P2P mobile wallet system. From Mark “Very soon we will implement our own wallet system that will allow us to send commissions, pay bills and transfer money to every country in the world. This will become the primary source for E-Verge commissions.” You will now be able to receive pay alerts to your phone, send and receive money from your phone, as well as have a visa and mastercard debit card attached to the wallet account.

A professional video was filmed at he meeting which will be edited and installed in the back office.

E-Verge now is a public subsidiary and can on its own be an opportunity for members in the near future.

I really hope that everyone has been staying on the E-Verge Pulse while I’ve been away for the past 2 weeks?

It’s a bit like going from “famine to feast” with all the information that is now being made available through Kevin Sipe’s Blog “The Homebased Reporter.” Please go there everyday from now on .. In the next couple of days Kevin will be previewing what to expect when you arrive in the land of Disney.

Just today we received notification from Nxpay that our new NxPay Accounts have been created. This has been a HUGE undertaking for Mark and a really NOTE-WORTHY achievement.
