This is a summary of the latest message from Ted Robbins ‘From the Desk of the GlobalVerge President, Ted Robbins: May 25, 2010’

The news is spreading fast that Global Verge won their court case last week and received a $44M judgment against Zer01 and Ben Piilani.

Ted Robbins expressed his gratitude to all who have weathered this storm with Global Verge and added ‘This is YOUR business and I am personally committed to protect the opportunity that you have with Global Verge .. It is time to move forward now and build your teams with the strength of your convictions.’

THIS MONDAY, May 31 2010 is the absolute deadline for US e-Associates to renew an inactive position.

Also, since May 31 2010 is a holiday the Global Verge offices will be closed May 29, 30 and 31. (The offices are unattended on week-ends.)

These are the instructions for renewal of an inactive position. Please read these instructions carefully as there will be NO EXCEPTIONS made to this.

There are different actions for people who may not be able to access their account for any number of reasons (forgotten password or ID etc.)

If you can’t get into your Back Office to reactivate then you must contact our Support Staff at Global Verge. Since the deadline is May 31 2010 and we are closed May 29, 30 and 31 you need to know what to do in case of any last minute emergency or access problem while our offices are closed.

If for some reason you cannot access your Back Office when Global Verge is closed (This SATURDAY, SUNDAY and MONDAY .. May 29th through May 31 2010) Then we will accept a Support Ticket dated no later than May 31, 2010 at MIDNIGHT CENTRAL Time. This Support Ticket MUST request BOTH RENEWAL and ACTIVATION and MUST contain the following information:

1. Name of e-Associate

2. ID#

3. Name of Plan to activate: Introductory, Basic or Professional.

4. Last 4 digits of Credit Card on file with Global Verge

5. CVV number on back of Credit Card

6. Statement saying that you wish to reactivate and be on autoship for May 2010.

NOTE: If the card you have on file is no longer active and you wish to use a different card you can either give your new card number in the Support Ticket (along with the Expiry Date and CVV Code) OR you can insert a phone number for us to call you on Tuesday, June 1 2010 to get that information.

ALSO NOTE: Upon receipt of the Support Ticket requesting renewal the Global Verge Support Staff will also automatically reinstate your autoship.

An email letting you know that your renewal has been completed will be sent to each person that submits a support ticket.

If we do not receive a Support Ticket by May 31 2010 at Midnight Central Time with the appropriate information you will be locked out of the system.

To Initiate a Support Ticket:

1. Go to www.globalverge.com and select the ‘Support’ tab. Follow instructions and click to submit a ticket to GlobalVerge.

2. This will bring you to the Support Suite page. Again, click on Submit a ticket and then follow the steps by entering information.

3. Make sure to keep your ticket ID# for your records.

I cannot stress enough that you need to take action NOW.  Do not wait until the deadline.

RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS:

If you are still able to login to your Back Office then you must do the following PRIOR TO May 31 2010 at MIDNIGHT Central.

1. Place an Order on the left side of your home page in your original Back office.

2. This order must be for either $14.95 Intro (Intro), $39.95 (Basic) or $99.95 (Pro Pack)

3. Make sure that your credit card is entered and is updated.

4. When you have placed the order, go back to the original page and on the left click Manage Autoship.  In this section you need to set up your autoship to occur monthly.

5. Check and make sure that your order has processed.

NOTE: Your autoship will not start processing until June so you have to place an order first so that you have an order in May in order to meet the deadline.

If you are NOT able to login to your Back Office then you must do the following PRIOR TO May 31 2010 at MIDNIGHT Central.

NOTE: See instructions above for after hours Support Ticket Submission.

1. Call Global Verge Rep Support on 816-875-3213 or 816-875-3226 and tell them you want to renew.

2. Be prepared with all of your personal information.

3. Request that an order be placed for May 2010.

4. Also request that your autoship be reinstated.

5. Get the confirmation order # for your records. You will need this order # if any problems occur.

6. Request that your website be reinstated and ask for the password that you will use to log in.

7. Immediately check your Back Office to assure your order was placed.

NOTE: If you reactivate by the May 31 2010 Global Verge will waiver the $30 activation fee for the Basic membership and the $50 activation fee for the Professional membership.  .

ALSO NOTE: Canadian, South African and Australian e-Associates will be able to hold their position and downline until 30 days after the mobile product is implemented in their respective countries.

HOWEVER, keep in mind that if you have an active downline you will not be paid unless you have an active position. The decision is yours. There are many e-Associates that have been building U.S. downlines from other countries or are working with their teams to be paid from their matrix positions while sharing many of our other products.

I must admit to being a tad disappointed with the lack of spectacular fireworks when the Global Mobile 1 Website went live again on May 1 2010 as promised.

And although the re-launching of the Global Mobile 1 Website was announced on the calls, we have been waiting for an official message from the Global Verge President, Ted Robbins about it.

However we understand that Ted was working around the clock in order to be assured that everything was in place by May 1 and can be quoted as saying: ‘More will be coming ..  More plans from more carriers .. The deals will get better and things will be continually added for many days to come.’

When EVERYTHING is in place at the Global Verge Website (ie the new TRUE VoIP is about to be added as well) we anticipate that a formal announcement will be made regarding the re-launch of Global Mobile 1

In essence: The Global Mobile 1 site is live now but is still very much a work in progress.

The US Coverage Plan A and Coverage Plan B are both available now. Plus other model phones are still to be added.

Global Verge felt they had two choices: They could wait until the Global Mobile 1 Website was completely finished OR they could put it up in stages, so that members can at least see what is on it already. They chose the latter and the feedback from members has indicated that they made the right choice. 

There are two categories of Mobile Phone Services:

1. Retail which is currently listed on the Global Verge Replicated Website

2. Members Only which is located in the Original Xennsoft Back Office. 

On the Retail side we have Coverage Plan A and Coverage Plan B. 

As Global Verge members we refer to these plans as CDMA Plan A and CDMA Plan B.

Global Verge has contracted with major carriers and these are the coverage maps of these carriers. People can pretty much tell by looking at the coverage map which plan carrier they are getting. 

The phones are plan specific and those that are currently available are shown.

NOTE: More models will be coming.

Global Verge has contracted with Sprint for the Members Only Plans and members are permitted to say that: Sprint has given Global Verge an ‘Agent’ deal. This means that members of Global Verge are entitled to ‘special pricing.’ 

As a member of Global Verge you will be able to get Unlimited Talk, Text and Data with FREE roaming for $79.99. ie if you are in an area where the connection to the Sprint tower drops, you will be automatically moved to a working tower. All this is HUGE for $79.99. 

In Europe and around the world, Pre-Paid Mobile Service is a way of life. Whereas in the US most people have been locked into Post-Paid Plans with contracts, taxes with other fees and penalties if contracts are broken. 

One of the Global Verge Leaders said recently: Global Verge Global Mobile1 is at the forefront of making huge changes. This takes time but will be an awesome revolution to be a part of.

Orlando Triple Diamond Event 

In addition to the previous post ‘GlobalVerge Orlando Meeting: Phones were handed out to Triple Diamonds’ these are a few more notes with images of the phones, taken from ‘Latest News’ .. ‘Latest Events’ in the GlobalVerge Affiliate Back Office.

HTC Hero

Tuesday, March 30th was the first of several regional events that will be held all around the US.

The purpose of these meetings is to distribute phones to GlobalVerge leaders, showcase the GlobalVerge products and services and hold e-Associate training meetings.

Over 300 people were in attendance at the Orlando meeting. One of the main objectives of this particular meeting was to make Mobile Handsets available for Triple Diamond Leaders.

As mentioned in the last post, during the meeting there was an audience drawing for a HTC Hero and a Samsung Moment Smart Phone. A Pow-R-Save, an Air Card and a Smart Charger were also given away to lucky audience participants. Another person received a Pow-R-Save for traveling the farthest to the meeting. This e-Associate lives in Redmond, Washington and interrupted a vacation in Mexico to attend the meeting in Orlando. Amazing!

Samsung Moment

After the main meeting ended, Preston Stewart (CEO of Xennsoft), Ruth, Tony, Raymond, Mark and Ted stayed around to answer questions and share information with the field leaders and other participants. A table was also set up so that e-Associates could place orders for various Global Verge products right there on the spot.

We have been drinking water from our new Global Verge, Water from Air machine for a few weeks now.

Our Water from Air machine looks just like this one in this article. Only it’s even better in real life.

Just one thing before you start: Don’t let the masses of instructions in the manual turn you off, as it was relatively easy to set up once we started.

First of all (through circumstances outside everyone’s control) the delivery of our machine was delayed for several weeks. But the positive outcome was that we got to know two of the men at the Sydney warehouse fairly well. So that whenever we need to know anything now they are always happy to talk to us.

When the machine arrived the first thing we noticed was how well it was packaged. Completely boxed, well padded externally and strapped onto the delivery truck. The driver was friendly and brought the machine right into the house on a trolley. And then it was so easy to move into its new location, as it comes on wheels, that just glide.

The machine can be quite noisy initially until it fills (due to the compressor, Wayne tells me) and it takes a few days to produce enough water from the air to fill the tank completely  before it starts to be quiet. So the trick was to help it along and semi fill the large holding tank at the top by hand filling the small talk at the bottom with tap water.

Sydney is fairly humid and we were told by the manufacturers that there are only 2 months of the year when it isn’t. And in those 2 months we can either fill it with tap water with the water still being purified by the carbon filter and ultra violet light or we can get a humidifier. We’ll opt to just fill it with water but some people living in areas of year long low humidity have their Water from Air machine permanently attached to their water outlet.
