The following message was also sent out today to all Global Verge e-Associates:

‘We are pleased to announce the opening of our Buzzirk Mobile Product.

The rollout for this product will start with the highest ranking e-Associates first. Each level will receive direct communication about where to purchase the service if desired. As the launch progresses from ranking level to ranking level everyone will get the opportunity to order the service as an e-Associate.

Following this internal rollout, all e-Associates will have the ability to be tested and certified for sales outside of Global Verge.

The rollout has already begun with Global Verge Triple Diamonds and above. Throughout this month we will be sending direct communication to each level below Triple Diamond, allowing everyone an opportunity to order the service in a controlled rollout.’

Global Verge Admin have already received their phones. Phones will now be available to members in order of their rank ie Diamond Elite, Triple Diamond, Double Diamond, Diamond, Gold, Silver, Bronze and e-Associate.

Mark has an agreement with the carrier that the rules and regulations of the wireless industry will be strictly adhered to ie ALL GlobalVerge Buzzirk Resellers will be appropriately trained and certified.

Global Verge Buzzirk will provide an online training course with videos and e-books and trainees will be required to pass an on-line exam. After GlobalVerge members have been thoroughly trained in all aspects of the Buzzirk phones and plans, the phones and plans will be available for resale to the public.

The date for the Public Launch will depend on how quickly members can now be appropriately trained. BUT Mark said they are presently planning to hold a major event sometime in August, where they anticipate at least 5000 attendees. GlobalVerge members will be trained, and then able to take the test and qualify for the Reseller site at this event.

NOTE: ALL course materials, testing and then the granting of the Buzzirk Reseller site will be at absolutley NO CHARGE to GlobalVerge members.

Because the new Buzzirk phones have to be reconfigured to work on the new network, there will only be 4 models available initially * Ranging from $299 to $499 US (member price.) NOTE: The Pharos will be available but will take a little longer to be delivered.

There will also be more handsets as the rollout progresses with prices as low as $149 US and including Blackberries and Nokia phones.

Buzzirk mobile will open out in US initially then Canada and Australia. After that the UK and South Africa.

Global Verge Buzzirk Website Contact details

How to personalize ‘Independent Distributor’ with your own name?

1. Log into http://globalverge.com/
2. Click on ‘My Marketing Tools’ > ’My Website’ > ’My Website’ again which will direct you to ’My Website Manager’

3. Click ‘Site Settings’ .. The 3rd tab from the left

4. Click on the small green arrow in front of your Website name
5. On the next page you will see your Website name in a box and beneath it ‘Contact information’

Click on ’Change’ next to ‘Contact information’
6. This brings up a new window that will allow you to input your information to be displayed on the front of your Website. Because of header space constrictions on your replicated website you will only be able to show your first & last name.
7. Fill out all of the information. NOTE: You need to fill in your Country before it will allow you to fill in the State, as it will populate this depending on the Country you select.

To the right of each information box, put a check mark in the ones that you wish to be displayed on the Website. Remember, space constraints do not allow all the info. click on the ‘Update’ tab at the bottom.

8. Click on the ‘Publish Website’ tab. Click on the green arrow in front of your Website name. Click on the radial dot in front of ‘MANUAL’

After it refreshes, click on the the word “PUBLISH” in the paragraph below the word “MANUAL”
9. Check your Website * You may need to clear your PC History, Cookies and Temperary Files to view the changes.

Global Verge replicated NEW Buzzirk Mobile Website.

Global Verge members now have the ability to replicate their NEW Buzzirk Mobile Website.

This new Website is in the format of http://mygvbiz.com/YourSelectedName

For instance mine is at http://budurl.com/globalvergebuzzirk

Instructions for setting up the NEW Global Verge Buzzirk Mobile Website.

1. Go to www.mygvoffice.com and login to the back office with your Username and Password

2. Click on the ‘My Marketing Tab’ ( near the top to the right) and then click on ‘My Website’
3. If you have already set up your ‘My Story’ Website you will be given the option to activate one more Website. Click the ‘New Site’ button.
Choose ‘Buzzirk’ in the drop down box.
4. Chose your Website Name ( I selected ‘globalvergebuzzirk’ as you can see beow * Other excellent names have been as simple as ‘callme’)
5. Check the availability of your selected name. Click the ’Save’ button.
6. Click the ‘Publish Site’ tab. Then click the small arrow with a circle around it, to the left of the new URL you have created. When you do this, the screen will expand to show 2 options: Automatic and Manual. Click on the ‘Manual Publish’ icon.

7. Click your new Website URL to verify that it has been published correctly

Remember: All Global Verge members will now have 2 Websites: Both http://mygvbiz.com but with your 2 different names. eg mine are

1. GV Website http://mygvbiz.com/solutions
2. Buzzirk Mobile Website http://www.mygvbiz.com/globalvergebuzzirk/

9. The next page will give you all the details of your “Current Autoship Settings” with your address, payment and package details as well as the date of your next Autoship.

Global Verge Intro & Basic Levels

The cut off date for any former E-Verge members, imported into the Global Verge Genealogy, to activate their present position without paying the entry fee is officially over. However the exact cut off time is STILL in the lap of the Xennsoft programmers now.

If you have an Australian inactive position you will have until the end of June to activate.

If you have a US inactive position, you have until the Xennsoft programmers finalize the May Accounts. Which was to be approximately May 7.

If you have any hesitation in activating your current position consider:

1. The Global Verge future direction by listening to this Call from June 6 09

2. The unique Global Verge Business Model

3. The Patent Pending Compensation Plan

Anyone with a current inactive position can activate it at the Intro, Basic or Pro Level

Basic will give you EXCELLENT placement in the 3×9 matrix * FREE customers from zer01 and PERMENENT Product Coded Bonuses on your downline.

However if you want to wait until the launch of the phones still scheduled for July 1 to upgrade to Basic, you can secure your position by going onto Autoship at the Intro Level which is only $14.95/month and upgrade at a later date.

Generally we have been suggesting that people reactivate at the Basic Level.

The advantage of being at the Basic level is that Zer01 will be passing ALL their customers onto Global Verge who will pass then on to Global Verge Basic and Pro members.

Consider the Commissions on the $79.95 Buzzirk Phone/Internet Plan

$15 is paid altogether in commissions * $10 to the ‘Seller’ and $5 into the Pay Plan as the Product Coded Bonus (Every month for as long as the customer stays on the $79.95 plan.)

Now consider ALL the implications.

By upgrading to the Basic Level members have affirmed their confidence in Global Verge and are ready to work with THEIR Global Verge business.

The Intro Level:

1. Will hold a current position and keep all downline intact. The main advantage is that it will give you more time to organize your downline again.

However while on the Intro Level:

1. The only way to make money is to promote and market the GV PRODUCTS.

2. As you will earn commissions but ONLY on YOUR OWN SALES.

The BIG disadvantage is that:

1. You will NOT be eligible for product coded bonuses. All Product coded bonuses on the current downline would go upline permanently

The Basic Level enables you to:

1. Retain your downline in the matrix.

2. Receive commissions from the 3×9 matrix based on all the Basic & Pro members in your downline & any horizontal compression.

3. Be eligible for product coded bonuses on any new people in your downline since upgrading to Basic Level.

Marketing Material

Some members of our group requested Scott Matsui’s Splash Page And some have commissioned their own Splash Page * While others have presented me with their off-line marketing ideas using flyers and brochures.

Global Verge company brochures and the new Website, with separate marketing pages (Inc. Fathom videos) for each product will be available very soon now * Possibly within the next week. So our suggestion: Wait for the company marketing materials before reinventing the wheel.

Furthermore, Global Verge Admin has now requested that all marketing material be approved by the company prior to posting on the internet, sent as email or used in traditional signage.

Any items for compliance or questions you may have need to be submitted to the Global Verge Support Center at http://globalvergesupport.com .

In the near future company updates will only need to be given through company communication as well as directly through the company calls * Which is a day that I’m personally really looking forward to.

For instance, these some of the questions that may be on your mind at the moment.

Why does my rank change at the beginning of the month?

At the beginning of any commission month all members revert back to the rank of e-Associate. As the month continues and your downline qualifies as their autoship is credited, your rank will increase.

So your accurate rank for any given month will only be effective on the last day of a commission month. If your downline doesn’t have any attrition you can safely assume you will have the same rank or better in the next commission period.

When can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time:

1. Login to your Back Office at http://globalverge.com/

2. Go to ‘Manage Autoship’ and change your package.

3. If your Autoship for that month has been credited, your upgrade or downgrade will be effective for that month.

4. If it has already been credited the change of your membership level will be effective after the next month’s autoship run.

5. Global Verge will return your credit up to 7 days after you downgrade.

6. Global Verge will credit your entire initial order and then you will need to place an order for the correct level of membership
